Creston Class of 2016 excel in the National Senior Certificate Examinations

Creston College situated in Oslo Beach overlooking the magnificent Indian Ocean is a force to be reckoned with. This school provides a service to a broad spectrum of people in the Lower South Coast of KZN but the common thread that unites this family orientated school is a strong commitment to quality education. For this reason the school is registered with the Independent Examination Board (IEB) and each year its matriculants write the National Senior Certificate (NSC) Examinations set by the IEB which creates the perfect foundation for tertiary education.

The class of 2016 bears testament to this high level of commitment to quality education having once again achieved a 100% matric pass rate. 92% of Creston’s candidates qualified for university entrance when compared to a national IEB average of 88%. Creston is very proud of the fact that on average our candidates were able to achieve two subject distinctions with the majority of the candidates achieving a minimum of 70% in their subjects. 6 pupils of the 38 pupils achieved overall distinction aggregates.
