Creston does Swimmingly at the interschool gala

On Monday, 6th March, Creston College Senior Primary, hosted an interschool Gala. Where schools from the area got to compete against each other. Schools who participated included Port Edward, South City, Izotsha, Port Shepstone Senior Primary, Suid Natal and Warner Beach Primary.

Congratulations to Izotsha Primary for being the winning school of the day. Creston College participants did very well. Well done to Gemma Allchin who took U10 girls age group winner. A very big congratulations must go to Milla Drakopoulos who not only broke a record but also won the U11 Age Group trophy and took the much coveted Junior Victrix Lodorum Trophy as well.

A very big thank you to all the pupils who took part, you were shining examples of good sportsmanship and had impeccable manners throughout the day. Thank you to all the staff from the various schools who were willing to officiate on the day, without these gala’s could not take place. To Blue Ocean Aquatics, thank you for all your help on the day it was much appreciated and finally to Mrs. Lindie Horlock and her sports team for organizing such a successful event, your hard work does not go unnoticed.
